Karl,
Looks great, love your color choice.  I especially like the way you made the paint look well used on the storefront.

Very, very nice Karl.   8)  I can't wait to get started on the one I'll be building for Tom.   :D  It's in the pile of 'next to be built' along with two other CCK's after I finish what I'm working on.

Nice work Karl. When you're done with the building, can you build a little scene around it with people and maybe a car/truck. You are quite talented when it comes to putting your special touch on these kits. I know when I first started modeling, you had done a little diorama of the Fos Scale Hoopers building that inspired me to build that same kit.

Thanks!
Alan

I would!!
But it's really in Bob Van Gelder's hands - he needs to send Karl a free kit in exchange for a popular
build thread!  That's the way bidness works in today's world (well, really always)!
I'll scratch your back and you scratch mine!!  8) 8) 8)

Hi All:

It's finished except for adding the chimney ans some other details. The signs in the window are not included in the kit. I added them. Here's a couple of photos.

Karl,
Beautiful work, as always!!  I like the window signs you added, I remember them being changed every week to reflect the specials.  How about a better shot of the signs on the end wall, maybe when you post the final photos?  Thanks,

Karl,
As always a great looking kit. Perfect amount of weathering (the store is not falling down).  Do you spray paint or brush paint?  Were can we get the signs in the windows.  Starting to build my Harsh's Meat Market.  I bought this kit because of your build on this site

Thanks,

...hey gang...another great job by Karl...we appreciate his builds, no matter who the manufacturer is....remember gang...your kit may be missing...the columns....or the laser sheet with the round vent trim....if so, just give us an email jlgrove@myactv.ne (jlgrove@myactv.ner)t or call 301-491-0797, and we will get you the pieces out quickly.....I have since fired the clown that missed these pieces when packing the kits (that was me....) but hired him back at less money.....he deserved a second chance..... 8)

Hi Mike:

I brush paint most stuff. Sometimes I use spray cans for certain stuff. The Signs in the front window were from NEBW. No longer available and my sign is about gone. Good luck with your build.
