Me too. I'll be building this one in another month or two. I'm certainly interested in seeing what you do with it Karl. :D
I will follow for sure. This building is very nice, I found that it has some F&SM RR building caracter.

Hi All:
Here's a progress photo. Got the store front finished. Next is the roof sign on the store front roof.
Karl,
Looks great, love your color choice. I especially like the way you made the paint look well used on the storefront.
Hi Jerry:
Thanks appreciate your comment. Extra heavy dry-brushing.
Karl
Hi All:
Here's a photo of the finished store front with the roof sign added.
Karl
Fantastic, Karl! Makes me want to build something :)
John
Very, very nice Karl. 8) I can't wait to get started on the one I'll be building for Tom. :D It's in the pile of 'next to be built' along with two other CCK's after I finish what I'm working on.
Hi John:

Karl
Karl,
Looking good so far!
Tom ;D
Nice job Karl....and Karl has sent me a few things to tweak on the next run of these....just some small changes with the roof cards....and if anyone is missing the round circle trim for the front gable, please contact me...looks like I may have missed getting that into some of the kits.....thank Karl for your input and great job on this one......as always, I love the colors you pick!!
Hi Tom:
Thanks appreciate it.
Karl
Hi Jeff:
Thanks for the input.
Karl
Nice work Karl. When you're done with the building, can you build a little scene around it with people and maybe a car/truck. You are quite talented when it comes to putting your special touch on these kits. I know when I first started modeling, you had done a little diorama of the Fos Scale Hoopers building that inspired me to build that same kit.
Thanks!
Alan
Looks great, Karl. Let's take a vote: who'd like to see Karl tackle a South River kit? All in favor...?
I would!!
But it's really in Bob Van Gelder's hands - he needs to send Karl a free kit in exchange for a popular
build thread! That's the way bidness works in today's world (well, really always)!
I'll scratch your back and you scratch mine!! 8) 8) 8)
Hi All:
It's finished except for adding the chimney ans some other details. The signs in the window are not included in the kit. I added them. Here's a couple of photos.
Karl...
Great structure.....
Thanx
Bob
That is a great looking building, well done.
Nice work, Karl.
Jeff
That's a beauty of a build and a great design by the Groovy One.
Nice work as always!
John
Great looking build !!!!
Nice job as always Karl.....I don't know how he comes up with such great colors.....but I think you're partial to green... :P :P
Very nice job as always Karl.
Tom ;D
Hi: Bob, Chet, Jeff, John, Ken, J L Grove And Tom:
Thanks for all the great compliments. I always appreciate them.
Karl
Karl,
Beautiful work, as always!! I like the window signs you added, I remember them being changed every week to reflect the specials. How about a better shot of the signs on the end wall, maybe when you post the final photos? Thanks,
Hi Jerry:
Thanks. I will add a few details and then take final photos with the signs on the end wall.
Karl
Hi All:
Here's the final photos.
Karl
Karl,
Great structure, as usual. Thanks for the photo of the signs on the end wall, they look fantastic!!
Wonderful job Karl.
Once again you did a great job Karl.
Hi Jerrybeach, Janbouli And John:
Thanks for the compliments. Much appreciated.
Karl
Karl,
As always a great looking kit. Perfect amount of weathering (the store is not falling down). Do you spray paint or brush paint? Were can we get the signs in the windows. Starting to build my Harsh's Meat Market. I bought this kit because of your build on this site
Thanks,
Mike Sigmon

As always, another great job Karl. Thanks for taking time to share your adventures with us.....it is greatly appreciated. 8)
...hey gang...another great job by Karl...we appreciate his builds, no matter who the manufacturer is....remember gang...your kit may be missing...the columns....or the laser sheet with the round vent trim....if so, just give us an email jlgrove@myactv.ne (jlgrove@myactv.ner)t or call 301-491-0797, and we will get you the pieces out quickly.....I have since fired the clown that missed these pieces when packing the kits (that was me....) but hired him back at less money.....he deserved a second chance..... 8)
Nice job Karl. Love the color choices
LHC
Hi Mike:
I brush paint most stuff. Sometimes I use spray cans for certain stuff. The Signs in the front window were from NEBW. No longer available and my sign is about gone. Good luck with your build.
Karl
Hi Greg:
thanks much. Appreciate it.
Karl
Hi Jeff:

Karl
Hi LHC:
