That's a busy place, although with the buildings in the shape they're in, I'm not sure I'd warehouse anything there, unless in the main building.  The roof looks to be in the best shape of anything I see.
 
I like all the different wood textures and stages of rust and general decrepitude. Not sure that fence would keep anything out.
