Quote from: chris.mincemoyer on October 27, 2024, 10:57:43 AMHey guys,

Long time lurker, thought I might start participating as the days are getting shorter.

Last night met up with some fellow retirees from prison (staff, not inmate lol) prior to seeing George Thorogood and the Destroyers at the local casino. Classic rocker started his show at 7:00 PM, done at 8:30, we were home in time for me to catch the second half of the Penn State game.
Hmmm!
A Mincemoyer and Penn State fan. There are a bunch of Mincemoyers around my part of metro Philly? Are you part of the clan?
Now that the deck is 95% stained, I've got to focus on my MMR efforts and prepping for the annual Harrisburg Christmas show. Reading Modular has one module depicting the drive-in theater at Sinking Springs, PA. The screen is a small TV set connected to a DVD player. Can you imagine five showings a day for six straight days of Polar Express, WITH SOUND on?
Onward!

Considering there were two brothers who emigrated from the Stutgartt area in the late 1800's it's quite possible.

Here in NW PA at noon, it's 8 degrees with a -2 windchill. Sunday into Monday 8 - 16 inches of the white stuff.

Wow that looks great. What does the alcohol do for this process? Doesn't appear you used as a wash.

I saw a thread on the MRH forum about this product and shared with our NMRA Division President. He immediately ordered $400.00 worth and was impressed with the edges and that the product was dust free out of the box. He hasn't begun to lay track yet so can't speak to it's spiking ability.
