Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Larry. Try to stay warm today.

Started out the day capturing animals for MOH and loading them up in the van before I did my morning walk. Currently it's around 55F getting to 69F later.

Yesterday I used all the colored planking and needed more so off to the LHS and oriental market. I also picked up a box of dried worms (20#). The skunks eat them like popcorn! After getting home I colored 1 pack of the strip wood and set aside to dry.

Today I'm taking Dad to the ER to remove the sutures. I was going to do it but they convinced me it would be better if they did it because of how fragile his leg skin is (you look at it and it tears). After that I'll finish planking the barn.

James my favorite is Gala and I try to eat one everyday.

Tom I hope you can make it to the workbench today.

Rick I hope you are enjoying the family time.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Very nice looking shingles.

I forgot to mention the other day that I talked to Bill. He sounded very upbeat and said he's making slow progress.

Excellent Mike.

Very nice Tom. Obviously the stove is in the lower level! ;)

The roofing looks great. I was going to suggest a tin roof for something different. ::)

Congrats on another outstanding build.

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Larry. It's a little chilly your way. I'm not sure there is much more you can do to improve your current project.

Starting out here with a feel like of 33F and headed to 63F. Yesterday I colored my remaining correctly sized strips. I don't think it will be enough but after animal chores I'll glue down what I have. If I go MOH wants to come with me and go to the Oriental food store. It's on the same road as the LHS about 3 min away but there is always a very heavy traffic intersection between the two.

Tomorrow MOH and daughter have a rescue event about 90 minutes away and the 2 recent rescues are going to their new home.

That's it for me.

I hope everyone has a good day.

The PO parts are very well done. I think I'm going to give the vines a try. ;D I never realized there is brown India Ink. :o

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening Philip and Breakfast Rick. I hope your heater gets repaired today Rick.

Just got back home from my walk at a damp 57F from the early morning rain. The sky is still gray and overcast.

Yesterday I "planked" all of the colored wood and I'm not even half way done with the barn. I don't know if not enough strip wood was included (unusual) or what the
issue is. The pouch it came in was sealed when I got it. The planks are 2x10 size so I will color what I have but I see a trip to the LHS in my future. :(

So much for my day.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Mike I use 2 large heavy books and put the material sandwiched between tin foil.
