Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, pastry, OJ, and soda.

Yesterday I made it to the workbench (finished the rafter tails) for about an hour before MOH decided I could better spend my time running errands and going to Costco for Dad's new office chair (she never forgets). So, after Costco it was going to the P.O.and Publix for Dad. Definitely got my walking in since I did 4 miles before any of the rest of it.

Today the screen guys will be here pretty much redoing the entire pool enclosure for $$$ but it was about what I expected.

WOW Mark. That looks fantastic. I know you mentioned a tramp steamer but don't hide all of this exceptional modeling.

I just talked to Tom and posted about his status in the baggage car thread on his health part 2.

Morning All,

Just talked to Tom. He says his eyesight is slowly improving and can discern what a shape is and see colors. He says his eyesight should be back to normal in 2-3 weeks.

He has had 5 radiation treatments without side effects and has 35 more to go.

He hopes to start posting again in a week or two.

Tom continues to be in good spirits.

Larry I read it earlier and asked if the new shipmate was like Data on New Generation? You must of missed my reply because you never responded.

Thanks for opening and breakfast Rick. The blackness of the hills reminds me of volcanic rock.

Started out the day with a walk at 78F and high humidity. Yesterday I spent a couple of hours adding rafter tails to the build. It was mind numbing.

Today I hope to finish the rafter tails. I forgot we have screen repair guys coming to look at the pool enclosure. It needs redone badly but I'm sure it's $$$.

Yesterday I got in about 90 minutes at the workbench. I continued working on the roof. Today after chores I hope to make it there but MOH was talking about taking some storage bins back to HD.

Next week should be pretty clear other than running Dad around for his errands on Monday. MOH has a VA appointment early Wednesday morning but she never wants me to go with her. It's routine.

Nothing much happening this way but I see the tropics lottery has started out by Africa.

Yesterday other than animal chores and a haircut I accomplished nothing. The back pain is gone, but I'm still stiff and a bit tender.

Today after chores I'll head to the workbench and try not to lean over so much.
