D-Day Remembrance.
Greetings from rain soaked but sunny now Michigan as we remember the terrible sacrifices made on the beaches on this date so many years ago.
Fresh fruit, oranges, grapefruit, strawberries and pine apple as set out on the table with cofee and tea, hot or iced. Cereal and milk as well.
I've a couple web cams on up in the corner of my big monitor of Fostoria OH where the Big Boy 4014 is scheduled to pass thru around 2 pm today. Folks are already gathering in and around the Norfolk Southern line. I liked to train watch in Fostoria in the past but with the new facility in the UP that is out. I'm sure it will be a jam up of folks there today.
Mowing might get some attention here today, we'll see if it dries out enough. We really did get soaked yesterday.

and I ended up with a bigger pile of sticks than I had to begin with 
. Today, I try to recover it without wrecking it worse. The instructions in the kit are so old they're almost orange and brittle, at least my Epson Scan and Print Ecotank has a decent COPY function and I've been able to redo some of the diagrams. Challenge is also a couple of apparent errors in what had been done.
