What are your thoughts on weathering a model? Locos, Rollingstock or Structures

Hi Thom:

I lightly weather my structures. I think they look better that way. Most structures are not falling apart. It is good to do one that way here and there or OK if you are modeling a business or other structure that is abandoned. Just my thoughts.
