Ron Klass gave me this picture, of Craig "unboxing" the factory and setting it on the layout.

(That's Tim Harrison on the foreground, who carried the project to Craig.)  

Since I never got to see this on the Housatonic RR, this picture is a major treasure.  Thanks Ron!!!
