Morning all,

Headed to 86 degrees later, humid as well.  Slept late, was up with the dog at 0330.  Apparently wife was up with her after that.  Vet changed her anti inflammatory med and as she's gotten older any change in diet or too many treats from the neighbor gives her tummy trouble. I suspect the med change is the issue and we'll probably go back to the old med.

Probably more outside work today, maybe a walk before the heat hits.

Morning all. Looks like I need to do some AC installations before the day is over by the weather forecast. Been a few days since I've been on but everything is good.

Morning all,

Still nursing the sore back/hip. More x-rays scheduled for Monday. I'll see the new Orthopedic guy the following week. At least I can sit at the workbench.  ;)

Have a great one!

Bob, I'm sure my problem isn't yours. I get these knots in my butt (glutes).  The massage gun makes a huge difference, after the first PT session there's marked improvement.  I should look into getting a massage gun, but if you think about running something on your back side, you can see that's not the easiest thing to control.

It's a perfect weekend here weather-wise.  Now at 66 (up from 44), heading to 75.  The heat arrives Monday and Tuesday (my cataract day) looks downright hot.  But at least the humidity hasn't started yet.  I'm done with the exercise machine, and I think I'll go down and try to put the double-stick tape along the back wall ceiling where the first, long light strip goes.

Good morning (barely), all.  Seashore's Trustee meeting is taking a short break.  Weather here has an uncanny resemblance to Dave's.  Once the meeting is over I'll grab lunch, then ride out to the end of the line and walk back, FRA booklet and spray can in hand, marking ties that constitute Track Defects for Class 1.

80o here in Michigan at nearly 3 pm. I've been on the phone with my younger (4yr) brother. Been nearly a month since we've talked. Little new for him. Seems he's not liking the phone lately. He's fine, for him, and enjoying some golf. He plays at Selfridge ANG base course. Home of our A-10 tank busters and KC-135 tanker fleet. F-15E+ super jets have been promised soon. A-10 wing keep getting extended. New tankers, someday, too.

The Doll just returned home from a couple hours with our Grand daughter. My 50yr old this week son is racing his crazy fast go-chine up North.

I just realized how warm it is. Headed outside.

Enjoy the day and sunshine.

I might take up golf just for the pleasure of listening to A-10s overhead!
