I want to connect the bands like this who makes this casting detail. I have been looking for 2 hrs with no luck. I know that I have seen them but my brain does not want to function.

I built a Miur Water tank about 20+ years ago and couldn't find castings nor did they come with the kit. The manufacturer just sort of ignored the issue.  I tied the bands with non fuzzy thread and looped off each band with an overhand knot.  I stiffened the thread with super glue and then cut the ends with a knife.  Worked out reasonably well.
