Morning all,

Partly cloudy and headed to 86 later today.

No plans, though I'm sure trains will run on and off all day.

Another nice day, after the weather broke with the front yesterday evening.  Next few days should be pretty good.

Today's plan is more trees and shrubs along the joint between the layout and the backdrop.

Greetings to all that survived the fourth to go forth on the Fifth...

Temp in the 60s :o with a hazy bright sky.

Enjoy the day.

Morning all,

Let's see...10 fingers....check. Oh, wait. I didn't play with any fireworks last night so I'm good.  8)

One more trip coming up later this week. A short jaunt up to PA to visit family and friends. We had one hiccup though. We were going to stay with friends but, at the last minute they had to move a parent into the spare bedroom to care for her, so we lost our room. We'll be staying in a hotel instead. Oh well, it's in Hamburg so I may be able to visit the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society Museum on Saturday morning. :)

Maybe some workbench time this afternoon. That sure beats going outside in the heat/humidity.

Have a great one!

Morning all. Brought my mother home from rehab (again) yesterday, so the day was spent getting her situated.  Spent about an hour looking at a resin lobster boat kit to see what I need for plastic strip for the hull details this morning. I still need to measure the garage door window and see if I have enough paint to paint it.

Safe travels, Bob!   Good with your mom, Raymo.  Enjoy this weather!

Good Morning;

Hope everyone had a great fourth even though the weather did not cooperate for a good part of the county. We had rain start here about 5 and go till 7 but we will take it as it comes, definitely needed.

We had one of Debs sisters and husband join us, went to Hooters for lunch and hit the pool till the thunder started. Neither of them are in great shape so floating in the pool watching the celebrations
was just about right. Just hope  I don't get negative when get that old. Opps, I am that old! Bummer but watching all the celebrations did make me very proud to be an American. Happy 250 America here is to even better and greater this coming 250.

Afternoon all,

I have all my fingers as well. No fireworks here. I left all that to the neighbors.

Raymo, glad you got mom home again.

Hope all are having a great Sunday.
