Bob,
You truly captured that seedy side of town look with the front of that building.  It looks like  something no sane or sober person would ever want to lean on, or even brush against.  I am curious though, how do the little people get inside, secret knock, perhaps?

Nicely done, Bob. 👍🏻. For brick areas peeking through the stucco little pieces of blue tape work... then I peel it off before the spray-on stucco dries so I can pick away any stucco that seeped under the tape, or any that needs to be scraped away to avoid edges that look too neat...want the stucco to appear is if it's crumbled away over time.

As always...enjoying the thread. 👍🏻

The only picture I had handy here on my cell...

Bob, it looks so real.  I might have been seen coming out of that Store. Not.

Thanks Tom!  I think this one will settle in quite nicely between the surrounding structures.  Three down, four to go.   :D

Looks great Bob, got to get me some of those films made in Denmark.

Thanks Andy!  Not unlike the local hobby shops the internet seems to put a hurting on these types of business.  Fortunately my (future) layout will not be set in the era of the internet so this place will be open for business (assuming someone can figure out how to open the door  ;D).

HA!   ;D  ;D  ;D  You noticed that too!  That's been bugging me with the theater and the this one.  I need to craft some little handles to add to the doors now that I know others are noticing it as well.   :D  :D  :D

Thanks Dave and thanks for the added tip on the painters tape/stucco comments.  I'm planning on trying your method on Moscone's Bail Bonds if/when I get to that one.   :D

By the way super job on the structure in your photo!  Bravo!

Thanks Martin!  "it looks so real" might just be the ultimate complement for most of us on this forum.  I really appreciate it!  :D  :D

Outstanding Bob. All of your builds are great...this one is my favorite so far. The wear and tear is up to par with a Foscale pilot model!

Moscone is a fun build...I enjoyed it immensely.
