Wow - this is a first Tom and I are posting at the same time.  I will start with a few overview pictures and then start the journey under the Bascule Bridge.

I thought the Northfield River area was on the other side of the water.

As we look under the bridge the Coal Dock is on the left.

My understanding is that this is the North River that runs completely across the layout.  I'm calling both sides of the river the North River area.  Once you get past the river bank you are in South Manchester. I hope I'm right?

Check your location. The big black bascule bridge is the one just to the right of the Zol and Henderson structures.

I think you are on the other side of this area.
