For sale. Yes that's right. For sale. I am selling the scratchbuilt pier and warehouse. It was built for an older planned part of my layout that has been eliminated. I was going to use it in a different area but it will require too much modification to use it. That means you get this cheap. The decking is all that needs to be finished. I started adding lights and will include the ones that haven't been installed yet. The pier measures approximately 11.5 in. X 8.5 in. X 3 in. It is designed to have a track laid down one side using code 100 track. So far i have about 20 hours of labor in this. All this can be yours for the measly price of $50.00 plus shipping.
