Much better for a Burlesque Theater, but it is a little too much classic Marilyn

Jim

Yes it is too Marilyn. I'll put the sign aside for now and later today I will do more roofing

Roofing is completed   Always glad when the roof is done. Not my favorite part. Anyway, I think I did a good job with it so on to step 12

It says to mount the sign onto the scrap clipboard.  I have no idea what he is talking about. I have the sign cut out but what is the scrap clipboard ?  Anyone know?

Candy.... Looking great so far. I built this kit a few years ago. Had a really fun time too. I will see if I have some pics on my computer and share with you. As for the clipboard..... He may mean to mount the sign on a piece of cardboard that you may have lying around. I can't remember back that far as to what I did. Sorry....

Or it could be clapboard, which would be a scrap piece of wall siding.

jimmillho

Candy,

I am sure Doug meant to say "chipboard" and that is the "cardboard" that you used for the roof.  You should have some extra pieces in the kit, if not any piece of thin cardboard will work.

Your build is looking great.

Thanks everyone.  After I finished the roof I threw the rest of it away. Guess I should have kept it.  will find something I can use.
