Waiting for glue and paint to dry on the Dunbars Build is boring so I looked thru my stack of unbuilt stuff and found this little shed kit.

I do not know for sure where this kit came from.  I may have picked it up with some collection of Trains that I bought some time ago.  I did not get a picture of the Kit just opened as it was already opened and the parts were loose.

The Walls, Windows and all the other pieces of wood were treated (painted) with Weather It to give it a look of weathered unpainted wood.  Using some Scale 10 x 10 lumber I braced all the walls and roof panels to stop the warping.

Butty Jim,

Has someone lit a fire under your work bench? You've been on fire the past two weeks.

looks good but you need to cut the bracing back on the roof sections. As it is now they will not allow for the overhang on the sidewalls and might need beveled at the ridge if they line up.

You are absolutely correct.  I did not catch that until I tried to put them on the building, then I had to cut them back like I should have in the beginning.  I guess we all make little goofs that we have to fix later.

Tom,
I blame all of this on you cause you are just too fast and I have been trying to catch up.

I have not tried anything too complicated, but I have a couple of other unbuilt ones that will take a long time to build.

I assembled the Windows and Door and installed them and added the end boards to the end panels.  I drew guide lines on the roof panels to use for Shingle installation.  I will use Shingles on the roof.  I have some old Campbell shingles and some Bar Mills Shingles.

The Walls are assemble and waiting for the Glue to dry.

I decided to use the Bar Mills Shake-Styled Shingles from my Stock of "stuff to use some time" .  I covered the roof panels with 3M Transfer Adhesive and put on the Shingles.  I used a piece of 1/16 x 1/16 for the ridge board.
