Nice looking addition Doug!! I have seen many buildings built on piers like this and wondered how did they get the siding on? The framing would be easy but they would have to hang from the roof  to side it.

just wondering aloud!!

Not sure how they do it, but you can find many examples of buildings hanging out over the water. It's possible there was some temporary scaffolding built.
