I don't know but I'm sure there are many shady characters in Tahope. As of now, the Perkins Farm is not for sale.

Trust me, it is all over the place down here.

Jimmy Hoffa even got in on one of the deals. He bought several hundred acres of swamp land near Cocoa Beach, Fl. He had white beach sand pumped in and then took aerial photos of the white sandy roads. Went north and sold the swamp lots with white beach sand roads to idiots in the north. The scam was referred to as Sun Valley Estates.

I did some work on the small lubritorium and oil storage building.

I made the interior pad for the oil storage area with .030 sheet styrene.

I filled in all the between the track areas with the same .030 styrene.



The interior slabs were painted with Floquil Concrete (not shown).

As previously mentioned, I painted both structures with Floquil Zinc Chromate Primer. The windows were painted with Floquil dark Green.

Roof exhaust vents were added.



And, the ballast was added next.
