Fast forward and I'm finished. I made the same mistake and same correction on the right gate as I did on the left one.

Here are the two gate halves in place - the main entrance.

More in a few.

Every time I follow your builds I think to myself, this guy can't astound me any more. But to my surprise and astonishment, you do.....you really do.

Donato,

Thank you very much.

You are very generous with your compliments on the fence. It was a fun build and I look forward to building the rest and especially the track gates.

Jan,

Thank you as well for the very kind comment in the form of your question. I'm sure there are things I can't do but those are the things I haven't tried yet.

I've built chain link fences in the past but none with an operating gate. So this was a first for me. I still need to build the track gates.

I appreciate you following along.

I didn't get much work done on the layout yesterday. The Judge and I played around and did a few new videos in the new areas of the layout.

Here, ACL Mike #835 pulls a string of billboard reefers through the area of South Bedford Forrest.

We did four videos which will follow this one.

Hope you enjoy.

The same ACL reefer train pulls the billboards northbound around Baker's Curve and passes through the cut at Perkin's Farm.

#1167
Seaboard GP9s #1803 and 1814 pulling local freight through the cut at Perkin's Farm. The local police officer is a train fan so he pulls up on the bridge to see the action.

Disappointed the train wasn't longer, he leaves after the caboose enters Baker's Curve.
