Tom. Great idea for the barbed wire.  One way or another I am going to have to stop by and see you on our way thru Orlando after/before the AutoTrain.  Jim

That is some bad looking barbed wire.  I don't think anyone would try to climb that fence.

I've been thinking about the barbed wire question posed by Dave Emery. I came upon an idea and tried it this morning.
...
I was looking at this material and especially the top portion. I thought this would make a great barbed wire look if cut properly.

I used a metal ruler and trimmed the top off as shown below.

Keep in mind this photo is a close up view so it looks out of scale for HO.

More in a few.
Leave it to Tom to figure out how to do barbed wire!!!!  (My question was mostly in jest, but I'm very glad to see it sparked an actually useful result.)

Jim,

Thank you. You are always welcome to come by when you travel AutoTrain. My layout is between Sanford and where you go. I'm a little over a mile off I-4 when passing through Orlando.

Bob,

Thank you, much appreciated. The Judge and I had fun doing the videos. They turned out better than I expected.

Jim,

Thank you, be careful not to scratch your self when you check it out in person.

I hope no one or any thing like this guy tries to climb it either.
