Karl,

Looking good.  Too bad the red did not work out for you.  I really like how my model came out in the red.  Here are some in process pics of my pilot build from 2004.

Hey Karl- I just caught up with your adventure of the red walls and as always am enjoying your build. It is looking superb. I knew this looked familiar as I have one downstairs that might have been the second kit I ever built.

Hi Guys:

Got some more work done today. Rolled roofing has been applied to the roofs and painted SAC Bomber Green. The seams aren't showing in the photos but they are there. I think the light was to bright on the photo.

Karl,
I just got caught up on this build.  Looks great, as usual.  I'm always in awe of how your colors compliment each other.

Hi Jerry & Curt:

thanks for the compliments. Much appreciated. Just finished up the roof on the right building. It is painted SAC Bomber Green, A&I wash with gray dry-brushing. stack has been painted Railbrown with its silver showing through. Tar is Apple Barrel Pavement Black. I dipped the stack in it and put it on the roof. Result very nicely shaped tar around the bottom.

Looks great Karl, I always wonder if it's the way you take photo's that make your builds look so tidy, with the immaculate white backdrop and such.
I love photo's, don't we all.
