I like the sign Dave but I'm sure if you come up with something else I'll like that as well.  I've already added this kit to my 'wish list' thanks to your thread.  Super job!  It looks wonderful.

Out and about for a few hours, but now back at the bench.

In my sign zeal I incorrectly measured the clearance needed for the Kodak Film sign on the front wall. It would slightly overlap one of the wall signs, and I couldn't tolerate it. I scored through the wall sign along one of the clapboards and used alcohol on a Q-tip to gradually remove two clapboards' worth. Touched up with paint and powder. It'll pass.

The top edge of the left wall needs some sort of coping or cap, and the top of the rear wall needs some finishing, too.

I usually just slop the pitch/tar on...after all, it's supposed to be messy. Just for kicks I thought I'd try blue tape.
