Thanks for stopping by - I think this one will be on the workbench for awhile. This is a big project. As soon as I get Threadwell's done,  I'm going to build Delabarre right beside it on the same base.

Thanks for the complement - I'm pretty happy with the way the stone walls are turning out.  There are a lot of hours of modeling fun between here and completing this project. ;) ;D

Today, I returned to this build after a 10 day trip that took me away from the workbench.  I finished the retaining wall and was able to pour the hydrocal base for the backwaters.

The next step, was to get started on the Gypsolite that I'm using to cover the foam base and shape the landforms.

The window castings also made it to the paint booth. They will be ready for the Gallery Glass in the morning.

John,

I'm not sure why but the more you do, the better the stonework looks even with the scenery unfinished.

Better you than me glazing those 80+ windows.  I'm looking forward to your continued progress with this kit.

Thank you for stopping by the thread and the kind words. I glazed about half of those windows and decided to take a break. ;)

Today, I completed glazing all the window castings and started the installation process on the main building. That's a lot of windows.
