The room keys from my hotel visits work great for covering the wiring. - real easy to get back in there if I need to do any repairs. I'm sure that will not be necessary - right Slim.

I also started assembling the mechanism for controlling the water flow. I took this picture to show the trays I'm using for these small assemblies - they are really helping with not having to chase parts around under the workbench. Bob has added a lot of detail here. The instructions say this assembly is a little fussy.

This is really great work that you are doing here- love the idea of using a tray for small assemblies like this.  I have been in this hobby long enough to know that the word "fussy" means "pain in the a$$"! ha ha! keep the photos coming, I am enjoying the thread!

Thank you for the kind words. I think in terms of fussy = for those that always wanted to assemble and HO scale watch. The pieces are heading into the paint booth today.
