Remember this next photo from above? This was part of his city. Howard removed  it and moved the track right of way.

Here is how that area looked at the time I visited and took the next photo.

To be continued.

John,

Thank you, much appreciated. There  is so much to see here that the number of photos I've taken is sometimes over whelming. I think you understand with the FSM photos.

Yes - I understand but I think the time to share them is well spent. I'm sure reviewing your pictures of Howard's layout is helping you with your own modeling.  I know that it helps with mine. And the same is true for the F&SM thread.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to sort, prep and post the pictures.

John,

Yes, I agree that the posting/hosting a thread is very time consuming but I enjoy sharing with others as much as the layout build.

It's interesting in that George and Howard each have wonderful layouts but yet both are very different in appearance.

Up to this point I tried to show you the photos in order of Howard's beautiful layout. To be honest with you I found a couple hundred more than I thought I had. And, the Wednesday prior to the Expo, Reading Bob (Bob Butts), S&S RR (John Siekirk) the Judge and I visited Howard Zane's layout. He has changed it from the Piermont Division to all Erie and Central New Jersey or Jersey Central. Needless to say we all took a few hundred more.

I'm not as organized as I wanted to be and certainly not as organized as John's wonderful photo display of the F&SM of George Sellios. So that being said, from this point on I'm just going to show the pictures I have  and not in any particular order. Some may be duplicates and for that I aplogize but like my father said to me one day, "Don't fuzz at me, I'm old"!

I will try to point out the new pictures when possible. And last but not least Howard has a wonderful sense of humor so some photos may be offensive to some. When I show a questionable photo I'll give you fair warning not to look. Now you all want to look, right?

Okay, fair warning.
