Someone should show them train modeling people this is how to build a structure, not with sticks, paper and glue!

Doug

NO Amish in this part of PA   I think!!!

But there is plenty of Train related stuff

Steam-town is 2 blocks away
And on their property ti the Lackawanna County ( Electric City) Trolley Museum

Also near by is a coal museum w/ a decent into a old coal shaft

All

Don't forget to bring something for the

CONTEST ROOM

PHQRR

It's going to be an early 65th birthday present to me, my wife has agreed.  All I need to do now is find a hotel that takes dogs and allows me to leave her in the room. (STARR! my white German Shepherd...not Colleen I know how some of you think...)

ranny9

I believe the hotel is pet friendly. I checked.

NEMMRRC

GRATUITOUS BIG COLORED FONT POST

Count me in.

Either no one has noticed, or no one cares about the signage for the Expo that pops up every once in awhile. I suspect the latter.

Either it's "Steams into Scranton" or it's "Steam is in Scranton".  Where's Candy when you need her?  I know, picky picky picky.

I wanted to post some photos of the 2013 Expo...How do I get them down to 128 K.

From my desktop I right-click on the pic, select "Edit" and for resize I just check the box for Web-Large.  I'm at work now, but I think I've got that right. Anyone? Bueller?
