Yes it is going to be really neat. I built most of the structures you see sitting around the layout. There is also another room that has about another hundred structures I built over the years in it. He will lay the rail on top of it when the time comes.

Amazing layout for sure. #3 above is one of the F&SM structures I plan to scratch build one day, hopefully. Beautiful work Karl.
