I've always liked this kit.  Well done.   :)

Thanks Craftsmankits!  Jeff at CCK does have some interesting kits that fit in with what I hope to model someday.   :)

Bob,
Thanks for the very timely step-by-step post. Just got a CCK building in the mail Saturday. Your patience should vastly improve my final product.
Thanks in advance.

You're welcome buddy and thanks for posting!  Have fun with your CCK kit.  Feel free to reach out and ask if you have any questions.  I, and I'm sure everyone else here, would be more than happy to try to answer them.  :D

Another gem, Bob.

Jeff

Thanks Jeff!  The other Jeff did a nice job designing this kit.  It was a fun, easy little build.  :D

Bob,

Beautiful job on this gem, well done.

Tom  ;D

Thanks Tom!  I had this one and a KC Workshop kit going together on the workbench at the same time.  Time permitting I may post the KC Workshop build later today as my third build challenge.  I gotta give Dr. Jeff a little competition on the quantity thing.   ;D

The big FSM and SRMW kits are cool but I still think these small structures really "build" the mood of a layout. Great job Bob.

I totally agree with that Doug!  Plus they're every bit as fun to build.  Thanks for following along and the kind comment!   :D

Bob - I'll bet we could find a place for this row house on the Atlantic & Southern.  Bring it by and see if it fits.

I'll be bringing it by on the next visit.  The standing arrangement is the A&S has first dibs on any of my own kits I build.   ;)
