Good morning everyone. Another rainless day in northwest Chicago. Should be a day full of modeling along with helping the wife water and move mulch.

Cheers,

Morning,

A big wind came through yesterday, I hardly noticed in the basement sorting through 80,000 photographs. More of the same today.

Morning, all.

Sorted through stuff in the garage and made a trip to the dump yesterday.  2/3 is swept out, hope to do the last part today and maybe powerwash the floor as well.  Trip to grocery store and zooming with the kids later.

77 years ago today...

Hot and humid for the next couple of days.  I did a bit more work on my Kubelwagen, and that seems to be working.  I'm getting more enthusiasm to get back to the layout.  As an 1890s era modeler, I don't have much call for doing rust and paint chipping :-)

Good morning, all.  My wife and stepson just went to play tennis before the sun gets high.  I have a bunch of projects on my list; the first is work on the NER "Mill City 21" website.

Good afternoon.  Very hot here today, too.  And we have the wind, too. I'm at the Northern Hqtrs. where I don't have AC. Except in the Jeep  ;)  - road trip is on the agenda.  I spent the last couple days with the Grandkids and my son-in-law, fishing - we caught a few fish but they were cooked as soon as you pulled them out of the water. My 2 year old Granddaughter liked it when the waves came over the bow.  She told her mother that Papa has sprinklers on his boat. It did fell good.  A week ago I had the fireplace going to stay warm up here. I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Modeling is in the forecast for me later in the week.  I don't have the band width up here to send a picture so I will make up for it later in the week.
