Here is how it will look with the floor temp. in place.

I next built the floor framing. I used 2X10s and glued them to the bottom side of the horizontal supports.

Prior to the glue drying, I used a cut end of a 6X6 to run the edge and remove any lasting glue.

I then painted the interior bottom wall boards with Floquil Signal Red and the top boards with Floquil CN Gray.

Since the warehouse walls are so long, I wanted to add vertical bracing to prevent any possibility of warping.

I laid the interior roof beam against the wall and marked where the rafter ends met the wall.

The vertical wall bracing was added and painted to match the walls.

I extended the interior wall to far to the end. I marked on pencil where it needed to be cut. I then used a sharp new #11 Xacto blade and cut along the pencil line.

I then used a #17 Xacto blade and carefully removed the small section of wall.

I then carefully sanded any dried glue left on the wall.

Done for today.

Looking good Tom!  Of course, I've had the pleasure of seeing this one in person.  It's going to be a real eye catcher in when it's finished and in its new home.

Hello Tom, you're doing your usual great job on this big kit build. It's looking good and I am looking forward to seeing it on your layout.

Tom,

Outstanding modeling!  Your attention to detail shines in this thread, exactly like your others. Thanks for sharing this build.

Tom....referring back to your statement about the time it takes to present a sbs build snd then have little or no response.....no excuse on my part other thsn being complacent ...so much to learn from your and others who present their work

Hi Uncle Tommy,
Just wanted to say HI and see how much "Diet Pepsi" was required for such a project.  Doing well here but just buried in household projects these days.  As always, your model and progress are outstanding!
