Hey guys I have finally decided to take the leap (after hearing "you should make a kit out of that"one too many times) and start selling some of my designs as kits.Under the name KC's Workshop. So with lots of help from our friend Groovy Jeff this is my first offering. Louie's Lobster Shack. Louie's has an approximately 4x5" footprint and is a really flexible kit, it can be modeled in 4 different layouts. You can pick whatever works for your location on your railroad. Would also make a cool BBQ shack,  Comes with Northeastern scale lumber Tichy Doors and windows BEST castings and signage. Structure only, dock and pier coming soon. My goal is to create interesting kits that are moderately priced. Ok so I have now jumped off the slippery slope.
