Good morning everyone.

My Oregon weather: Sunny, with a high near 81.

I see there are others in the lounge and I'll assume one or more are making coffee and breakfast.
Thanks for the coffee and breakfast to whomever makes it.  :)

Philip, maybe no heat needed today and the cat sure does look comfortable.

Jerry, any modeling updates?

Mike, thanks for the diagram and the layout info.

What's everyone else up to?

Lazy day for me yesterday.
The highlight was sitting outside after lunch enjoying my coffee, cigar and book.
Undecided on what I'm doing today.
I'll some more research after breakfast.

This is the view looking in the opposite direction from yesterdays photo.

Have a great day everyone.

Rick

OK, no one made breakfast.

Coffee, sodas and OJ are ready.
Bags of assorted bagels and muffins are on the counter.
All the popular spreads are out as well.
Toaster is plugged in if you like yours toasted.  ;D

ACL1504

Morning all,

I just had some OJ this morning and a piece of toast. Meeting friends for lunch at noon. We haven't seen each other for the past three years. Where in the H*ll does the time go? Never mind, I know.

I also had a hair cut this morning to have all 10 hairs trimmed.  8)

Time in the shed for me this afternoon.

Have a safe and healthy day everyone.

Good morning folks,

TomO, thanks for opening.  All that operating sounds like fun.

Rick, thanks for breakfast and coffee.  If I had that view, I would probably stay in that chair sipping coffee and reading all day long.

Jerry, hope you made it to the beach.

How is the rest of the folk?

It's a hazy morning with a forecast high of 80F. Other than work on the bridge, there is not much on the agenda today.

Have fun,
mike
My current builds are on the Buffalo Canyon Mining Company's wooden Howe Truss Bridge, and miscellaneous rolling stock .

Morning Tom and crew!

Found your blog Tom, pretty cool and the weathering photos/scenery are great.

Not sure where that cat is today, free spirit curled up somewhere.

Thanks for the coffee Rick, sun finally shining again.

It's all water under the bridge.......ACL.....tick tock.

I'm trying to get outside today Mike, been inside ..cabin fever....rained forever.
Cleaned a bit more in the basement. Getting organized. Also stripping the DCC project and worked on the derrick car riggings.

Have a great day & see ya around the forum.

Good morning TomO, Rick, ACLTom, Mike, Philip and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and bagels Rick.

Currently 73 and cloudy here.  Managed a bit of bench time last nigh adding curtains to the inside of a couple of buildings.  Hopefully I feel like continuing adding curtains tonight.

Have a great day everyone.

Have a great day everyone.
Reminds me when my mother-in-law (who had a small interior design business) came to visit our (relatively new) house.  She told my wife, "Your windows are screaming for window treatments!"  That became a running joke over the next 30-40 years.  "So, are the windows happy now, with those curtains?"

Good Morning,
Philip smart cat! I know ours likes to find  warm spot to sleep.

Tom O nice layout photos. Never really got into the stock market after
the disastrous decline on 9/11.

Rick thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Gorgeous photo; is that an abandoned rail line
to the left?

Tom time does have a way of just slipping away. Seems like the older I get the quicker
time seems to pass. Have fun in the shed.

Mike have fun at the bench.

Philip sounds like you're keeping busy. It's been raining here for the last 3 days
which put a real damper on any outside work.

Ron 73? Sounds like you're back south again.

Hey Dave.

What'ca do'in today?

It's another rainy day @ 62 with a high of 68 in New York. Spent most of the morning running
errands. Not quite sure about the rest of the day.

Have a great day!! Be well and stay safe.

Afternoon

No time this morning!

Izzy to the groomer and then grocery shopping.
Came home and had lunch.

Weather in South Jersey is cloudy/humid 69.
I'm going to try to get to the bench while Diane and is taking a nap.

Glad to see everyone is doing okay.

Everyone have a wonderful day!!  :)

Good morning everyone.

Weather along the Oregon Coast: A chance of showers between 2pm and 4pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 57.

Coffee, sodas and OJ are ready.
Haven't had huevos rancheros so that will be todays breakfast.

Jerry, hope you have more time this morning and you got that bench time.

Greg, hope the storm wasn't a problem.

Larry, there weren't any rails but it most certainly could have been an abandoned logging railway.
The lake that was behind me was used as a logging pond.

Ron, have all the curtains been hung with care?
Quick dad joke.
What do you call two guys hanging in your living room window?

Curt 'n Rod  ;D

Philip, glad the sun was out and sounds like good progress in the basement.

Mike, your bridge is outstanding.

ACLTom, still de-cluttering?

TomO, I saw your post at the ops.
Beautiful layout.

Karl, hope to see you post here today.

Curt, I see you logged on.
Feeling any better?

Drove along the coast and stopped at a number of places to take pictures.
Here's one of them.

Morning all,

Already had breakfast Rick, but the OJ will be good for me.

I'm in the train shed now. I had a blood draw this morning at 7AM and the Pam took me to IHOP for breakfast. I had two scrambled eggs and two pancakes.

Not going to do any decluttering today. I will make a list of all the other things needing attention that are layout related. There just isn't enough time or maybe there are just to many things needing fixed.

Not much else is going on here today, but that seems to be enough.

Have a great day everyone and stay safe.

Philip

Morning all,

No modeling yesterday. Wore myself down on the ladder, cleaning gutters and a small roof flashing repair that turned into a full blown mess of rafter tail rot. Now to get back up there and replace the siding.

Have a great day! Burning daylight

Good morning Rick, ACLTom, Greg, Philip and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Rick.

Currently 77F and overcast with rain in the forecast this afternoon.

No modeling last night so there are still curtains to be hung.  Hopefully that will happen tonight.  The Mrs sent me a couple of documents to translate from french to English so that is what I did last night.  I also got my hearing aid fixed yesterday (WOO HOOOO.....).  The receiver needed to be replaced.  I can hear again.  When contacting my hearing aid provider in Canada about the situation I was told that they have an affiliate company in the states and wouldn't you know it, they had an office in Orange Grove which is pretty close to where I am.  I am a very happy camper now.

Have a great day everyone.
