Mike those are some mighty fine looking structures. A agree with the others; place the buildings then come back the next day and see if you still like the position they're in.

Howdy folks,

Dave, Kyle, Curt, Karl, and Larry, thank you for your comments and support.

Work on the lodge is progressing slowly.  Here is a mini-update.

Connecting and running the fine enamel-coated wire has been a chore.  The dilemma of where to put the LED resistors was solved by putting them in a small 1.25" high cabinet. The wires connect through the bottom.

The ceilings have beams that run parallel to the front.  They are T-shaped with the ends rounded to fit the ceiling cove molding.  Depicted here are two beams with lights.  I'll leave the remaining beams out until the lodge is populated with Masonic accouterments.

Have fun,
mike

Howdy Kyle, It's neat how many of us have ancestors who were Masons.  My Dad and Grandfather were Masons.  Thanks for sharing the comment.  ~mike

Quote from: KentuckySouthern on August 27, 2025, 07:03:10 PMWas only in a Masonic lodge once, took my father for his last meeting before he disappeared into Alzheimer's. They made me sit in the hallway. Had an uncle in FL that was an upper level in the Shriners.

BTW if you can't say God here. I don't want to be here.

Your work, Mike, is amazing.

KSinGODwe trust.  ;)

Howdy Karl, that's neat that you were able to take your Father for his last meeting.  Hope the hallway was comfortable.  ;)  To be a Shriner, you must be a plain ole' Master Mason.  ~mike

Everything looks great Mike. The wooden floor and lights really stand out. Smart idea for the resistor location.

Mike, the structure layout looks good.
It's been a few days now, does it still look good to you?

Nice job hiding the wires.
