Curt, Dave, Rick, Rob, Philip, Jerry, and Michael, thank you for stopping by and sharing a comment.

Rick asked how I achieved the look.  The windows have mullions on both sides. On the inside of the windows, I used white and tan pigment (I use Dr. Ben's) and a fine-hair stiff brush to apply the pigment to the individual panes. The pigment covered the acetate well. Next, I rubbed the soft part of the end of my index finger across the panes to remove the pigment in the middle of the pane.  I used the brush to touch up and vary the effect.  I did not coat the windows with a fixative.  I am not sure this technique would work on smaller scales.
