8) Sunny and calm start to the day in MI with cooler temps, 330, and a forecast of light rain by late afternoon.  Cold in 30s into next week.  I just hope the nasty stuff stays away for awhile.  After 3+ days without power the email had the monthly electric bill yesterday. :-\

1:1 projects on hand today.  Too chilly again to go out on the "paint booth" but plenty of projects.

Hot linemen's blend in the silver bullet this morning and I've stolen some of ACLTom's country fried steaks and my Grandma Sweeter's biscuits to smother with the gravy.  Patties as well as links in the meat department.  Toast of all varieties and diet and leaded sody pops in the cooler on the deck.

Everyone have a fine day, stay safe, warm and dry.

Good morning, Karl & later arrivals. Thanks for the spread.

Seacoast NH is overcast and high 50s. Supposed to be sunny and 60s later.  Today will be house and barn chores, followed by layout work and maybe seeing some friends this evening.

Good morning everyone.

Sunny and 70 in Portland, OR today.

Karl, thanks for the second cup.

Gym first thing this morning then meeting up with a few other van owners at a state park.

Have a great day everyone.

Glad to see Karl's power stayed on.  James reported our weather.  Busy day for me, cleaners are here so I have to sit with the dogs.  Then a Doctor's appointment (he usually runs late, so the 15 minute appointment takes an hour...).  Concert in Boston tonight.

I ordered stuff for forestry from both Scenic Express (they're continuing their 10% off $100 or more spring sale) and Amazon. So this afternoon I'll play with that stuff a bit and plan next steps.

The retirement accounts are not looking good right now :-(

Morning all,

Up early and already had a knee MRI this morning.  Heard from my brother as well, he got free tickets to the Train Show in Davenport tomorrow.   It's chilly here this morning, nothing planned except taking the wife to PT later.

Afternoon all,

Finished edging a cutting the grass and just finished cleaning the train shed.

Now, I can get to the work bench.

Hope all are having a fine day.

Morning folks. Another great day of model design and production going on here. Also, we have a new foster kitty coming this afternoon. An abandoned Ginger kitty that needs some help so Joanna and I are going to get him back into society.

Keeping in the theme of Pop Machines, here is a couple of 1950's Vendo machines that I designed for an upcoming detail kit. I like to model details you won't ever see, like the back of the machine as well as the front.

Have a fantastic modeling weekend!
