Wow we are already in May;

Well I opened the clubhouse, coffee is on, windows are open (its Florida today) and donuts are on the table. Waiting for someone that knows how to cook to show up. Not sure what I will do today. Lots to get done, just a little short on motivation and energy to do it. Oh well of to walk the dogs and start the day, have a great one folks.

Good morning, Jim and later arrivals. It's sunny and headed for 60F on the NH seacoast.  I'm headed for Seashore Trolley Museum in a bit, to help the Overhead Dept. (both father & son today) put up more wire inside the new carbarn.  Home for dinner, then up to the layout. for more operating weekend prep.

The wind has died down, so I'm out of excuses.  Later today I'll dump fertilizer (if my bag is OK) on the yard, then head back down to the train room.  I think I'l start work on the brick foundation under the warehouse.

>:( 470 with rain expected to last all day, 650 the target for today.

No plans yet, Sausage eggs and grits on the morning "Blue Plate" special today, 20th Central Limited Coffee in the silver bullet and plenty of chilled thirst quenchers as well, iced tea, sweet and not, diet Coke and Pepsi as well as TomO's Diet DocP.  Chef Chuck is onhand to make it as you want it.

Worked on the layout some yesterday as well as some outside stuff.  Put a new, more secure, latch on the old chicken coop the main task.  Been 4-5 yrs since we had chicks.  Lots of folks around do, if you look you can finds some for sale much less than at the store.  The coyotes got ours one night...left zero trace of them.

Low key day, I hope, as it will rain most of the time.   ::)

Be well all.

Evening all,

A pleasant afternoon at the workbench.  A couple of posters and a weed or two and the current build will be finished. Then I can clear off the workbench and dive into the next one.  :)

Have a great one!
