Could repurpose this as "Candy's Vegan Emporium"   Great building, looks very typical from 1920s through 1950s before Urban renewal.

...this one was a favor for a friend of mine...and the more I did to it the more I liked it...I did not intend to put it out as a kit....but it just kinda fit into the Concord Street stuff....hmmm, fishing in MI....that might not be a bad idea....

Cabin to sleep in and the boat always has gas - 3 1/2 hours, 200 miles North West of the Superior & Seattle. My Jeep knows the way.
