Afternoon all,

Sipping on a cup of tea while watching the banks of the Rhine go past us. This morning, we toured wind mills (the old fashioned kind) and then saw how Gouda Cheese is made. Life is good.

Have a great one!

Good morning, Bob, Jerry and later arrivals.  The NH seacoast is sunny and on the way from the high 50s to the low 80s.  I've done the little chores, once I've looked over the forum I need to do bigger chores.

8) Sun and steady wind in MI at 1100hrs. Temp 750 already. :o It's summery.  We had some rain yesterday but even with that the weather guesser ???  this morning said we are ~4" behind normal rainfall.

Just walked a little, and now catching up on the forum.

I'm working on the roof of a station for the layout. :-\

Enjoy all,

We're down more than 5", despite having a damp April and I think 8 weeks of rainy weekends.  The problem has been light rain and drizzle, rather than more soaking rains.  But the yard looks pretty good, thanks to the drizzle and to the fertilizer I put down in March.

Another Boston Early Music Festival concert late afternoon.  If we lived closer/had more energy, we'd go to more.  There are 3 major concerts each day for a week, plus a lot of free 'fringe' concerts by students or new groups trying to make a name in the community.

So I'll probably do a bit of pick-up/put-away before we have to leave for the concert.

Based on a very favorable review over on MRH's forums, I ordered this new vortex paint shaker. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D7PXN5LK Unlike the one I use now (which was designed for test tubes/medical labs), this has the correct size holders for small Vallejo bottles, craft paint bottles, and the larger 200ml size of Vallejo or Badger primer bottles.

Afternoon all.

Showing up late today.   I've been  back to work over the weekend and yesterday.  Knee isn't an issue, but some fatigue.  Woke up late today and had a haircut this morning.  Some outside chores planned for this afternoon (it's headed to 90 degrees here).
