Morning all,

Headed to 92 today.  I will power wash the garage floor later.  Maybe some kit work as well.

Rain in SE NH, a chance of showers or maybe even a thunderstorm later this afternoon.

Back to the basement in a bit to work on the machine shop, I'm nearing the final design of the line shafts.  A lot of engineering (real-world and modeling) going into that...

Bright cloud free sunlight by the cedar swamp. Temp still in the low 60s. A nice relief from the heat and humidity we've had back home. Might get into 70s. Probably need a jacket.

Had a nice breakfast prepared for us by the girls.

No plans yet.  I think I'll tag along no matter what.

Until later, be well, stay safe.

Morning. Cool and wet here in the corner of Mass. A quick check in, then heading to the bench. Photos are of one of the newest additions to the F&SM.

Good morning.  We're headed to the 90's with matching humidity I should do some yard work, but I think I'll go to the train club instead

Good morning, all. My phone believes the drizzle we've had all morning will stop in 4 minutes and the temperature will rise 13F before my daughter's birthday party this afternoon.  One can hope, but I'm not putting money on it, Up to the attic when I'm done checking the Forum.

Mornin,' All!

69, headed for 77, relatively sunny and the wind is beginning to pick up some here in the northern mitten today.  National Cherry Festival Airshow launches at 1300 today, sans Thunderbirds (who "should" be here -odd years) and Blue Angels (an "off year here" for them).  Strange....  Yesterday's demos by F-22 and F-35 folk seemed to be all about "look how loud we can be."  One even kicked in the afterburner at very low altitude.  I think they may be competing with the kids with loud mufflers on their cars....

Anyhoo, it looks like an afternoon in the store to keep an additional eye on things.  Be positive, test negative, stay safe, and make it a great day!

Morning all,

Thanks for the FSM photos, Dan! Always appreciated.

Warming up outside but they're calling for thunderboomers this afternoon. No problem. I'll stay inside and get some workbench time in this afternoon. Tonight is game night at our friends house.

Have a great one!

Good Afternoon Folks;

Dan great photos thanks for sharing. That is a lot of city folks coming up to the UP. I use to go up there for the quiet, looks like times have changed. For us here in Florida it is a hazy lazy day, or perhaps that is just how I feel. I did get the pressure washer fixed (plumbing parts broken) and the wife's dish washer fix (again plumbing parts broken) this morning so I got my merit badge for the day. I pulled out of the closet an old style Mantua oil tanker car. Made of metal I have never constructed one before so something different for the work bench.

Yesterday i put together a 3D filiment printer I bought on sale over a year ago. Made by Anycubic it is a smaller size model but should be interesting to learn how to use it. Assembling it took better part of the day, lots of parts to assemble and make sure in alignment.Anycubic 3D Printer.jpeg
Most people that get into 3D printing start with these filament printers and if interested move into the liquid versions due to the higher detail ability of liquid. For some reason I'm doing it backwards, guess that means something about me.

Well off to the shower to clean up for dinner. Hope the day is going well for everyone.
