I got lucky with the cab figure. After trimming several times he rests perfectly on the window sill. I was wanting him inside but he looks pretty natural hanging out.

Rick, I CA'ed the brass to the plastic with no gap followed by JB Weld tapering into the joint on both sides. Once dry I lightly sanded out the bevel to blend with the deck. Seems to have strength. Time will tell.

The cab figure is soaking in paint remover. I may get some time to finish today. Looking like rain and we need it!
