Morning all,

Four day weekend.   8)  Gonna be a hot humid day here today into the 90s.  Need to take the Mustang in for new tires.  EVs wear out tires a bit faster than normal vehicles due to the weight, and probably overusing the very rapid acceleration they offer.   ::)  I'll definitely need to mow later as well.

A B-17 from the airshow.  This one isn't flying, as most of the airworthy B-17s are grounded due to wing spar issues.

Good morning everyone.

It will be sunny and mid 80's here in Spokane but cooler up north where I'm heading to later.

Getting my tires rotated and hitting the gym before going north.

Have a great day everyone.

It's another perfect summer day in SE NH.  71 heading to 81, still low humidity.  The heat starts to build back on Sunday, with next week looking hotter (but with humidity not climbing as much.)

The house cleaners are due late this morning, so I'm stuck sitting with the dogs until they're finished.  Today's project will be messing with the LED lights, I think.

Hazy bright sky, less smoke but humid in Michigan. PT later.  :-\

The B17s are dwindling. The museum at Willow Run, Detroit, recently sold the one they had. I guess to keep the rest of the museum alive. I didn't appreciate the wonderful machines they were as a kid. B-29s seemed more glamorous. My first experience seeing them was surprising the size of either wasn't as I expected.

Curious on the miles, Jeff you're replacing tires. I have had numerous'stangs in the late 70s thru 2000. Market prices on the 5.0 Fox bodies are steadily increasing.

Little happening in the hobby department these days.

Be well all. Stay on the green side.  :o

Good afternoon.  It's nice out, we're in the low 80's again today.  This morning I've been busy getting blood work, EKG and an x-ray in preparation for valve replacement surgery Tuesday.  This afternoon I'm going cut some cardstock on my Cricut and do some other modeling tasks.

Good luck with the prep and the procedure!  (Wednesday we had my college class monthly call.  2 military helicopter pilots, one Army and the other Air Force, and a guy who retired from Boeing.  We spent an hour or so talking about various accidents, aviation stories, etc...)
