Bernd when I post pictures I use the preview feature then there is a long bar that shows up under the text that says upload. Never had an issue loading them that way.

It's not an issue with loading them. It's an issue with seeing them after I post them. Pennman (aka-Rich) called me right after I posted those pictures. he couldn't see them either. He reloaded the page and he could see the first picture but no the other three. I think there is a delay in the sever adding the pictures to the post. I'll stick to using my website to load pictures on forums. Works much better.

There's a funky aspect to this forum, that it takes time for the server to convert photos to where they can be seen.  It takes about 10 minutes from the time you upload pictures to the time they will display on the thread,

I understand how the forum works here in regards to photos, how they are uploaded and that it takes a little time for them to show.
I don't have a problem waiting for the photo's to show.

I don't understand how or why there's this photo rendering delay.  I've just learned to live with it...

I've managed to break the ice on the 3D printing, thanks in great part to the suggestions posted to my "HELP" thread.

Another sunny day here in Michigan and while breezy the 550 seemed balmy even with the 15-20 mph breeze.  Only slightly eased the Standard Time Depression, tho :'(

I took the 6v battery for my old Ford tractor in to my son's shop and he pronounced it DOA and ordered me a new one, $25 less than any I'd seen while looking. He is keeping quite busy.

Little else to add.

Bernd, lots of work with those kits!  Enjoy, better luck than I have keeping headed toward the finish line with those craftsman kits.

Be well all...

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, coffee cake, OJ, and soda.

Started out the day with a walk at 55F and low humidity. Yesterday the car repair went much better than expected. The ignition system checked out OK and the battery had a bad cell. When I purchased the old battery I purchased a 3 year complete replacement plan for some reason (I normally don't) and I still had 3 months left on the plan! I recieved the new battery installed for free. ;D

I did not make it to the workbench
yesterday but today after getting chlorine for the pool I'll head there.

That's enough blabbing for today.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Great news on the car!!! Have fun at the bench.

What's your plans today.

It's a sunny 45 with a high of 54 in New York.Going to the bench shortly for a bit and start on the machines for the Shop. This afternoon I'll finish enclosing the back porch by adding the door while the weather is decent. That's it from here.

Have a great day!! Be well.

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Curt.

Pam and I have bowling and then dinner at our local watering hole.

My plan later is to get caught up on the forum threads and find something to get started on the work bench.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Good morning everyone.

Sunny and 69 here in south eastern Nevada.

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast and great news about the battery.

Larry, hope you have a productive day at the bench.

ACLTom, good luck at bowling and I look forward to seeing what new project you start.
Nice find on the old gas station.

Karl, great news on the 3D printing.

Jim, funny story.

How's everyone else doing?

Star and I did a short 3 mile at Cathedral Gorge SP yesterday.
Some interesting badlands and rock formations to see.
There are two other state parks not far away and I'll try and visit both today.

This was taken while hiking the Panorama Trail in Yosemite.

Good morning Tom.
Those AI photos you posted on FB were great.

They did come out well! I'm still having issues with posting pictures here from my IPadPro or I'd show them here. I actually am at the bench as Terry sleeps later than normal. Going to build it

I was talking to one of the geology profs at UNH, and mentioned I've never been to Yosemite.  He said "Me neither.  But then, I've seen A LOT of granite batholiths, just not as well exposed."   ;D   It's seasonal temps, sunny but quite windy here today.  The oaks are mostly holding on to their leaves, although the yard is covered with the early departures.

Open day today, after time on the exercise machine, I should get back to work.  I'll probably do some more pick-up/put-away, I made good progress over the weekend.  I'm waiting for the pushbroom figure to arrive for the machine shop, then I'll start work on the walls.  I think I need to install glazing in all those windows, that'll be a task I should start and then take a break from every so often.  It's my least favorite thing about structure modeling.

Looks like the masses are running like a well oiled machine!
It must be the coffee Curt made!

Colder today.

My security light bit the dust. After reading in horror reviews of new ones I ordered a new sensor.
The old unit is a Heath-Zenith. Was trusty for 13 years.. Looks like that company makes new China versions of junk. I'm reduced to rubble as the newly ordered sensor is from......drumroll.....China! :o

Be well!
