Sun is 100% today  8) with temps in upper 40s.

Early PT appointment had me moving early :P

Turkey and fixings were good the other night.

Took a bit of road trip yesterday and the Doll ran outside a couple times and snagged some photos of the Aurora. Lots of them visible at times last night.

Waiting on word from our vet about the Doll's #1 cat that has had a slow healing area for several weeks. Might get her back today. I'm not sure.

Bench time a possibility for me but I'll see what happens.

Good luck with the photos, Rick. That will be fun. You've sure taken a ton of great pictures.

About it for me.

Gentlemen. Thank you all for your prayers. Her suffering has been horrendous. Hopefully her screams of agony end later today, instead of being prolonged another two weeks.
It's not easy watching the one you love most in this world suffering, and there is nothing you can do about it

Nine hours to go. May God have mercy upon us all

Good Morning,

Dave I couldn't even imagine seeing my wife go through something like that and be powerless to help her. I hope the surgery does its job so she can get some relief; I'll keep you both in my prayers.

The coffee's ready along with your other favorite morning beverages. Breakfast is homemade biscuits with country gravy with a side of hash browns.

What's on your list for the day?

It's 33 with a high of 48 in New York. Have the usual Friday errands soon then maybe some bench time afterwards. Other than that not a whole lot going on here.

Have a great day!! Be well.

Good Morning All,

Dave prayers for your wife and you. I hope she will get relief today. Sometimes all we can do is be there for our loved ones and advocate for them.

Thanks for breakfast Larry. I enjoy biscuits and gravy. ;D I hope you get some modeling in.

Started out the day with a walk at 53F and clear. Yesterday I made progress on the foundry walls. I did a build update that I believe most people that follow along have seen.

Today after chores I'll start to epoxy the foundry walls together. Not much planned for today. Tomorrow I am "volunteered" to help put up HOA Christmas decorations. :P  :-X  :-*

I hope everyone has a good day.

Dave B. Best to the wife and you. I went from November 2024 watching my rock, my wife suffer daily with Trigeminal Neuralgia until it went away in May, 2025. I totally understand the helpless feeling you are experiencing

Good morning from So. Central Wisconsin where it's 38f degrees going up to 66 and beyond. A great travel day. 5 hours and 5 minutes plus the required one stop. The #1 ranked Badger Women play hockey against #13 St Cloud St. Since we were being too cautious about flying during the government shutdown we decided a weekend trip to St. Cloud, Minnesota in great weather was a, why not!

Turns out the hockey schedule the daughter sent us a few weeks ago for the grandson's hockey was for a different team. His team plays 1 game tonight and 2 tomorrow at home. Terry has corrected the calendars. Oh well told too late or we wouldn't be going to St Cloud which really looks like it's the middle of nowhere.

Be well

Good Morning crew!

I hope and pray your wife finds relief Dave.

Glad your better Curt. I'm trying to steer clear of those bugs.

Looks like a pretty day ahead with highs in the low 70's, we'll take it!

Heading to the shop early today.

Good morning Dave, Larry, Cuse, Jeff, Curt, TomO, Philip and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Dave, I hope the operation is a huge success and that the suffering goes away.  Watching someone suffer like that must be the most horrible feeling in the world.  We have yo and your wife in out thoughts and prayers.

Larry, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.  Hope you make it to the bench.

Cuse, Jeff, enjoy your day.

Curt, you are making great progress on the kit.

TomO, have fun at the hockey games.

Philip, have fun at the shop.

Its currently -1c (30f) and overcast here in southeastern Ontario, the good news is that most of the white stuff is gone.  Bench time last night was short but I did manage to glue the floors to the boxcar frames.  WE shall see what tonight brings.

Have a great day everyone.
