Thank to everyone who asked questions and gave their interesting opinions on my leg injury.
OK, here's the scoop. No stitches, No Doctor visit, No Tetanus shots, No bandages, No pain killers, but
lots of arguments concerning same here! Wife says I'm a baby about it. Let me tell you how it really is
about it, NO I won't all. If I say how it really is, you folks would get sick. I am just looking at it everyday.
The skin is gone, shredded, meat is showing, constant pain. Every time I take a shower, it's much worse afterward.
I wanted stitches to hold it all back together, wife laughed at me and said they wouldn't allow it.
So what does she know, she's no Doctor. Just because she did surgeries on animals, doesn't make you a Doctor
for people. This is one of those times you have a gripe about something, write it out, and DON"t hit the "SEND" tab! :o Being a "MAN", has nothing to do about anything here. It's just not right. Abuse is more like it...and
the worst place to have this happen it is on my shinbone in the front, center. I'm thinking about spraying it with lighter fluid and setting my leg on fire! To sear the wound.  ;D

Good Morning All,

HAPPY THANKSGIVING. Where has the year gone?

Rich thanks for opening. I'm very sorry to hear how bad your leg is. As a previous PM I have some of your wife's attitude about medical issues but my wife is just the opposite. I hope you can get some relief sooner rather than later.

Today for breakfast is just coffee, OJ and soda. I eat lightly until the feast. It's at daughter's house about a 30 minute drive. Daughter and MOH share the cooking chores. This year we're downsizing this and the Christmas meal.

Probably no modeling today since I will be  on standby for grunt work in the kitchen.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning everyone and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Low 50's now and cloudy with a high of 72 here today.

Curt, thanks for the coffee.

Rich, I hope your leg feels better soon but I would get it looked at.

I hope everyone that hasn't been feeling well is feeling much better today.

Going to my daughter's, boyfriend's mother's house for dinner.

Have a great day everyone and enjoy time with family and friends.

Good Morning,

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!! and enjoy the day with friends and family; travel safely if you must.

Rich hope you get some relief from the leg pain. Love the meme.

Curt enjoy the time with family.

Rick enjoy your dinner.

It's 34 going to 39 in New York. Thankfully the white crap here is holding off until around 7pm tonight. They upped the anti  to 4-8 inches; hopefully NOT. Daughter's coming around 11am for a noon feast; I'm sure we're making waaaay too much food.

Have a great day everyone and pause a moment to count your blessing!!!

Morning all,

Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate the day.

Thanks for the light breakfast Curt. Yes, the years fly by, especially at my age.

It will be just Pam and I today as the children are doing their own thing.

Rich, get well soon and if you set your leg on fire, just be sure it it the leg and nothing else.  8)

Have a great day everyone and enjoy.

I removed the turkey from the brine, rinsed and patted dry, and set it back in the fridge to air dry.  We'll see how this approach works.  I'll have a couple hours before the cooking marathon starts, I'll probably cut out the roof framing for the machine shop.  Chances are good I'll finish this project this year...

And I join the calls for Rich to get his leg looked at.  Could be something nasty, like a bone infection, that isn't obvious from the outside.

Morning everyone

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Running late we suppose to be on the road an hour ago.

Rich if you have a car get in it and get your leg fixed before you really get a bad infection.  Then she won't be laughing!!

Everyone have a wonderful day!!

Good morning everyone and Happy Thanksgiving.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Curt.

Rich, I would get that leg looked at.

Another dull overcast day here.  Managed a little time at the bench last night, got to keep my "15 minutes a day" going.  ;D  Not sure what tonight will bring.

Have a great day everyone.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I just had coffee this morning as the spread the wife's have prepared will feed a regiment. Weather here is cloudy but in the 60's going to 70. We are headed to wife's sisters where all are gathering for food and football. My bride already had her parade fix watching the MACY parade so next up the Lions football game. Have a great day folks.
