Morning all,

Been a while since I opened up. Since I retired, I'm no longer spending my days sitting in front of a computer while attending endless meetings. While it paid well it was boring as heck but did give me plenty of time to peruse the forum. Now I ignore the computer, for the most part. 

From a few years ago. My favorite railfanning spot near my brother's house in Enola, PA. Raymo knows this spot as well.

Sunny and cool but pleasant here in mid Michigan. We're out, did groceries and now the Doll is thrift store shopping.

I did a couple of runs with the 3d machine yesterday. I also replaced a fuse in the Deere and was able to put it in the barn. I mowed some yesterday to mulch up maple leaves. 90% of the colors are gone. 

 Nice photo. I read somewhere that if you see John Deere on a train they're export equipment. Domestic production goes by truck.

Deer hunters have 'harvested' over 40,000 deer as of a couple days ago.

That's about it from here. I'll not even try to watch the Spartan game today from Iowa.

The red oaks here shed leaves at different rates.  Some drop most of their leaves with the maples.  Others have maybe 40% of their leaves still on the tree, and a couple haven't dropped many at all.  That makes clearing leaves from the yard an extended and frustrating endeavor.  Some of those oaks won't finish dropping until March or early April.

Good late afternoon, all, from the lower Merrimack Valley. Our teenager and his GF headed out this morning. They'll spend Thanksgiving with her family. Funny what I can trust him with, and what I can't. He showed her a pretty hiking spot with a long view yesterday, but didn't realize the Prius's headlights were ON instead of AUTO.  Prius doesn't have a very big 12V battery. So I had to borrow my sister's truck and drive off-road to get it re-started as dusk was fading to full dark.  Second time he's run that battery down.

No modeling yet, all paperwork and driving around on errands.  Need to change gears after dinner.

You should get him a set of jumper cables to keep in the Prius.

We've had the same issue a time or two with the wife's 4runner lights, a Toyota thing?  I always turned my lights off when off the road with a GF 'sightseeing'
