First day of Winter and the snow has melted away, along with the Lions' playoff hopes. It's hard to fight the extra 5 in stripes when push comes to shove.

The temp is in the 30s and deep dull grey this morning.

Holiday preparations are on here today.  :-\  Fragmented folks add unnecessary complexity to the mix.

Bench and layout work here. I'm best if I stay out of the way.

I need to get my back yard cam back up. Should be easy as all the snow is gone. We're gonna have a brown Christmas.

Enjoy the day all, be safe.

Good football weekend!
Iggles are in, Pat's are in. Dallas (as usual) and KC are out.
Final prep for the Big Day Thursday, preceded by our son-in-law's Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes. 65+/- mostly Italian family members gathering to celebrate the festivities. The show highlight is the singing of The Twelve Days of Christmas after consuming a LOT of Christmas Spirits. Twelve small groups gathered randomly each take a day to sing. If, on the way up the list or coming down the list, any group misses its cue, the whole song starts over at the beginning. I recall this taking four or five tries to get everything right.
Get those packages wrapped!
Working on my second million. I gave up on the first.

Good morning, Karl, B&O guy and later arrivals.  The NH seacoast is clear and blustery, with temps just below freezing; I didn't put on a coat to check the mailbox.  So far this morning has been tending the animals and talking to my ex-BinL about a couple of indoor house repairs I could use.  Not going to turn the computer on again after lunch.

Howdy all,

I've been in the train shed most of this morning working at the bench.

Have a great day ya'll.
