How did you attach the shingles?  In the South River kit I built, Bob recommended glue stick.  I've been using that since.  It works well, but I still have some concern about long term adhesion.

I've always used wood glue.
Some of my models are 20 years old.

Hi Dave, I believe the shingles came from Mine Mount Models, all I used was Matte Mod Podge.  I did use glue sticks per the instructions from SRMW's for Delabarre Woolens back in 2013/2014.  Those were thin paper shingles representing slate, but I did have some issues with them coming up a few years later, so I had to sneak some glue underneath to fix the issues.  So, I would not recommend using glue sticks from my personal experience.  Mark
