Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for opening, the coffee, and the burrito. Safe travels.

TomACL, thank you for checking in.  You certainly have a lot going on. Still praying for your continued recovery and healing.

Jaime, good luck at the dentist.  Hope you have a great time on your date.

Curt, looking forward to the dock build.  Good luck on SIL's project.

Larry, envious of your cooler weather. Looking forward to your update.

Karl, welcome home.  Wishing you a fun time operating this weekend.

TomO, nice to have a friendly crew.

Jerry, it's fun to hear the northeastern banter about pork roll vs Taylor ham.

Ron, good luck with the hole enlargement.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's another hot one in the forecast with no real relief in sight.  I'll continue working upstairs today after I feed the birds.

Have fun,
mike

Larry he just loves to call it pork roll.  :)
It was John Taylor who opened the company.

That's why we call it Taylor Ham!!  ;D

Jerry

Thanks for the clarification on the pork/ham discussion. No I won't

Shortly after Taylor tried marketing Taylor Ham, the government stepped in and said you can't call it ham because there's not enough ham in the product.
The name was changed to Pork Roll.
Case, who also makes Pork Roll has always called it that.
Both companies are in Trenton, NJ.
Having grown up in that area we have always called it Pork Roll.
Only in north Jersey do they call it ham.
You can not go to the store and buy a product called Taylor Ham.
It's all labeled as Pork Roll.

Jerry

Okay you win.  But I will still call it "TAYLOR HAM!"
