Larry, there is no such thing as Taylor Ham.

Larry he just loves to call it pork roll. 
It was John Taylor who opened the company.

That's why we call it Taylor Ham!!

Shortly after Taylor tried marketing Taylor Ham, the government stepped in and said you can't call it ham because there's not enough ham in the product.
The name was changed to Pork Roll.
Case, who also makes Pork Roll has always called it that.
Both companies are in Trenton, NJ.
Having grown up in that area we have always called it Pork Roll.
Only in north Jersey do they call it ham.
You can not go to the store and buy a product called Taylor Ham.
It's all labeled as Pork Roll.
