Some nice photos today, as usual.  This morning is nice, cool, sunny and pleasant. The Weather people say "It'll change".  They're predicting a rather intense storm blowing in this afternoon, with a chance of up to a foot of SNOW in the mountains!  That might wash out Scotch Club tomorrow  :'(

No real work on the layout, but I'm making some significant progress cleaning up storage areas.

Good afternoon from Wisconsin. It started cool at 8am wake up with 50f degrees. It's slowly trying to get to 80 but it's so beautifully clear out.

Got the ears lowered then stopped at McDonals and ordered for Terry and me and it's not close to the order I placed at the window. We both ate it. When I used to do fast food before I retired in 2014 I always checked the bag before leaving the window. Today this might have been the 5th time at McDonalds without the grandkids since retirement. Nope I didn't check and I know the lady told me what was in the bag but I couldn't understand a word with her accent. That's on me but we both enjoyed. I ended up with a steak, egg and cheese begal and Terry ended up with a bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. I had ordered 2 sausage burritos!

Today is mulch day as it is the coolest day in the past 2 weeks and the coolest in the next 5. We are just filling in areas as overall last year's mulching still looks pretty good. While I prefer my grass be cut before the weekend it's on the border of needing it or not. The grandson now cuts for me and 3 neighbors. I walked all 4 yards this morning along with one of the guys. Cutting will be a Monday! We've had just under 1" of rain the past 3 weeks and you can start to see the stress. But none of us water due to the crazy expense so we will live with browner lawns. No real rain in the 7 day forecast either.

No modeling so far today and the g/s has a soccer game at 5 at the complex down the street. So I doubt I'll see the bench! His team is ranked 5th in the state for U13 age group and play #1 under the lights on the stadium pitch at 8pm tomorrow night. These are tournament games with 2 more Sunday.

Thats it from here

Mid 60s, totally blue sky. Light breeze. Rearranging furniture again.

Trash run later.

All well.

TomO, on soccer:  https://davebarry.substack.com/p/the-world-cup  (I loved the "flop training" photo.)

Today, cleaning the attic, I found a (used) first generation Mac Mini from 2006, repacked in its original box.  That actually might have collectable value, particularly given how popular latest generation Minis are for AI.  I threw out a bunch of old boxes from old devices, etc.  I have to separate the styrofoam from the boxes, the styrofoam isn't recyclable here.
