Good morning from Wisconsin. Early visit for me and I have the silver bullet filled with coffee, hot and steamy for the crew that indulges. Plenty of sodas to go around but could not find the fresh juices. I'm having a diet Dr Pepper.

It's movie day at noon today! 145 minute alien movie by Speilberg. The granddaughter plays baseball at 5:30 and the grandson has hockey at 7:10. We should make the puck drop.

I'm heading to the shop at 7 for a few project hours. I basically lost yesterday spending most ofbthe day relaxing on the front porch. I'll catch up over the next 6/days

Tom I hope you're doing better!

Enjoy your day
TomO

Rick

Good morning everyone.

It's 59 now, cloudy with a chance of rain and a high of 77 today.

Coffee, sodas and OJ are ready.
Crispy bacon, egg and cheddar on a Jersey hard roll for breakfast.

ACLTom, very sorry you're in pain.
Hope you can get some relief and sleep soon.

Philip, any of that chocolate left?

Jerry, put the chocolate down and pick up some shingles.  ;D

Ron, looking forward to a boxcar update.

Karl, I take advantage of Cracker Barrel parking lots, but don't usually eat there.
When I have the service and food was generally good.

TomO, this was the scene I was referring to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4T2GmGSNvaM

Curt, hope all goes well with your busy week.

Mike, hope you get all those 1:1's done easily.

Larry, post toppers show up?

How's everyone else?

The wait at SS wasn't long.
But, they couldn't help me because I get my pension from RR Retirement.
I wish RR Retirement mentioned that when I called last week.
I called them and they said the address change was taken care of.
Got the tires rotated too.
Almost ready to hit the road again.

This was from a hike in Duluth, MN.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning,

Tom hope the pain goes away sooner than later; that's a tough place for surgery.Take care.

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast.Hope you make it to the bench today. That's a lot of skunk activity lately. Hope the grandson gets a job offer soon.

Tom O sounds like a busy day for you.

Rick thanks for the coffee and breakfasts #2; starting to feel like a Hobbit. Glad you were able to get the address change taken care of. Odd the RR place didn't mention that since that's an entirely different retirement income. The toppers hadn't even been shipped yet so I canceled the order and found some on Amazon, same thing & $10 cheaper w/ free shipping; should arrive today some time.

What's on your plate for the day.

It's a cloudy 62 with a high of 75. Yesterday I tried ordering from SW but had issues with the cart so I emailed Brett about the problem. About 2 hours later I received a call on my cell from him asking what the problem was. After explaining the situation he said he'd have his tech guy look into it. Long story short I emailed Brett my order and he sent an invoice so I could pay  for the order. I was surprised he took the time to call; seems like a really nice guy and was concerned I couldn't order online. Don't see that kind of customer service like that any more. Maybe a little bench time this am.

Have a great and safe day!! Be well.

Sunny and calm in Michigan, 60s much of the day with some sun....The weather man used the term: Gully Washer :o in the rain chances forecast for tomorrow! :o

1:1 still dominating my time.  Looking at a trip North next week, we keep hearing insect tales that don't fire up a lot of enthusiasm. ::)

Tom, hope the pain relents soon. guess I'm glad I spent most of my 26yrs on nights.
Lots of nice photos Rick.

Enjoy the day, everyone.  It looks like warmer stuff coming next week weather wise.

Be SAFE, stay well!

Philip

I hope you get to feeling better Tom.

Yes Uncle Rick, some chocolate is left! Most of it is fingerprint edition ;)

Spent the afternoon in the basement casting stumps for the side hustle. Running low on resin again. Was cutting tiny gussets and not happy with the looks of them.

Finally a cool day in the valley. Have a great day!

Philip

Good morning folks,

TomACL, thanks for opening.  Get well wishes to you for your head.  Sounds painful.

Curt, good luck to your Grandson.

TomO, hope you enjoy the movie.

Rick, glad you got the address change sorted.

Larry, congrats on the SW order.  Brett is a nice guy.

Karl, safe travels up north.  I hear the mosquitoes and flies are as big as hummingbirds...

Philip, good luck with the stumps.

Jerry, how did the shingles go?

How is the rest of the crew?

We started the morning early with Sharon's first cataract surgery.  All went well. I'll head upstairs for a while this morning.

Have fun,
mike

Jerry

Morning everyone

Tom sorry to hear your in such pain.  Hopefully the day will be better.

Curt sounds like a very busy household.

TomO thanks for the coffee.

Rick thanks for the breakfast nice picture.

Larry glad you got the order.  Brett is a nice guy for sure.

Karl I hope the 1:1 stuff doesn't take up all of your day!

Philip you going to redo the gussets??

Mike the shingles didn't go!

Weather in South Jersey is cloudy/73.  Looks like rain on and off today.
Maybe just maybe I can sit at the bench for a couple of hours today!!!

Everyone have a wonderful day!!  :)

I am back.

75 minutes at the bench and daughter said "dad, clean up and go". I was unaware she was having a dollhouse Expo this morning at 9! I was supposedly told. They were sitting in their cars at 8:30 for the 9am opening. Daughter says she'll sell quite a bit today and expects at least 2 dollhouse orders that take about 6 months to build and furnish. She has 5 designs she has narrowed down to sell. These things make trains look cheap!

My laser cutter arrived last Friday but have not had a chance to open it. Maybe tonight

Enjoy the day

Have multiple reports of the same, hense the hesitation to head out.

Good morning everyone.

61 now, 79 and sunny later.

Coffee, sodas and OJ are ready.
I looked up what a traditional SD breakfast is and this came up: biscuits and gravy, chicken-fried steak, crispy hash browns, and locally sourced buffalo sausage.

Ron, hope the morning doesn't get away from you again.

TomO, what did you think of the Disclosure movie?
Tell us more about the new laser.

Jerry, what's new?

Mike, glad Sharon's procedure went well.

Philip, I know you have a sense of humor.  ;)  ;D

Karl, have you tried one of those devices that clips on a shirt or sits on a table and emits a fragrance that keeps mosquitoes away?
I have one but haven't used it yet.
Thanks for the photo comment.

Larry, glad you were able to find a better deal and faster shipping on the toppers.

ACLTom, hope you are feeling much better today.

Curt, are there a few less skunks in the house?

How's everyone else?

Had a good work out at the gym in the morning.
The plan now is to leave tomorrow for Colorado.
Spoke to my neighbor about grabbing my mail and doing the lawn and they agreed.
I'll do the lawn once more this afternoon.
Costco and a haircut this morning.
After I do the lawn I need to put some things back in the van.

In regards to the Disclosure Day movie, I'm curious who believes we're being visited by others from other universes/planets?
Also, do you think our government has craft and biological material not from Earth and have been reverse engineering these things?
My answer is yes to all of the above.

One more from my Duluth hike.
