It's currently a cloudy 76 with a high of 79 and rain likely this afternoon. Had a nice surprise yesterday, my scenery stuff arrived 2 days early. Opened a big package of trees by Woodland Scenics....not too bad but will need a little TLC to make them look more natural; should be fun. Some bench time this am for sure.

Good morning. From Friday 9:00am till noon Saturday I did not check the rain gauge. When I did yesterday it was at 4.25" and I cannot believe it. Unless the rain gauge got caught under a cloud burst. The official reporting stations around us are anywhere from 3/4" to 2.75". But no matter the amount received we needed it.

It's is 68f degrees now heading to 80 but our air quality is getting worst again. Not Canadian or Minnesota Wild fires but from Oregon! The local media is saying heavier around 150 readings tomorrow, the AQI showed 74 a few minutes ago.

So far Terry and I have watched Tom Holland in 3 of his Spider-Man movies. We are going Tuesday to the newest Spider-Man movie so we are seeing what his version of Spider-Man is. Terry hadn't seen any of his so we are watching them on the Disney Channel. STARTED Thursday evening. Decent and occasionally funny but nothing to recommend IMO.

My tree building seems to have paused! I cannot seem to hold concentration for more than 30 minutes at the bench! I made a promise of 10/7 and I will keep it but this pause will just put some pressure on

Jaime, glad you were able to save some shelf orphans and have a safe drive back.

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.  Sounds like you had a very busy day, with another busy day coming up.  Glad the dish issue was something simple.  Any news on Tom, hope he is recovering well.

Mike, hope you make it upstairs today.

TomO, maybe you just need a break from the trees for a bit. 

Current weather here is 21c (69f) with a high predicted of 23c (73f) with rain that will be heavy at times.  Looks like a day to stay inside.  I do have a grocery run to do, might do that early to avoid the heavy rain.

Spent time yesterday working on the turntable build and I have made a lot of progress in the last three days.  Will probably take a break from it today but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel on this build.

Weather in South Jersey is cloudy/83.
It is not a beach day for all the gang down there.
Another row of shingles done hopefully more today.

70 going to 80. A/C is back on. I'm in heavy ls shirt and she's not. Looking forward to a visit from grand daughter. It's been weeks, she had summer school and missed the trip North.

I've a couple Data Only cars on the bench today.

We had all day rain yesterday that amounted to a whopping 3/10". Only need about 2 1/2" more to get "even". No more forecast until late in the week.

The rain slowed down the art/craft show for the daughter yesterday but not a washout. The Doll went there for 2-3 hours after noon. Once Home she told tales of the degradation of how people go out in public. Caring little about themselves and how they look.

We went out for pizza last evening and have enough left for a couple meals. Good cold this morning.

It sounds like everybody is doing well. Enjoy the day all!

I've glued the last set of legs on the coal dock base.  The next decision is whether I do the NBW castings this should have, that would be a lot of NBWs...
